Our vision is achieving maximum results through our unique driven approach to hospitality management which has led RJPHMG to receiving many industry awards. Since inception in 2004, RJPHMG has owned over 50 hotels and completed dozens of hotel real estate acquisition/ developments. 

Today, RJPHMG currently holds 70 hotels in their portfolio including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice & Red Roof hotels.

We specialize in operating award winning limited, extended stay, select & full service properties by providing complete management services including development, renovation, and/or re-positioning services for both new and existing properties.  Our company puts an emphasis on the highest levels of cleanliness and remarkable property maintenance.
